campur tpg ngan mauripan&#8230;boh air garam sikit2 sambil uli&#8230;uli rata, biar setengah jam-45 minit&#8230;.sediakan loyang atau tudung periuk leper&#8230;sapu minyak&#8230;ambil tepung yg uli tadi, penyet2 &amp; tempek atas loyang&#8230;.pastu sapu sos cili atasnya  (bleh gak kalau takboh sos dulu, lepas masak baru boh). tabur bawang besar (dadukan), cili hidup (hiris kecik2), nenas dipotong kecil, daging burger yang dihancurkan (atau daging cincang goreng tanpa minyak dulu bagi separuh masak &amp; campur garam &amp; lada hitam sikit untuk bagi rasa)&#8230;.kalau ada cendawan butang &amp; sosej boh la&#8230;last tabur cheese (nor guna cheesedale yg digunting2 kecil2)&#8230;pastu bakar 180 darjah selama 35-45 minit&#8230;nyum2</p>

<p>Bahan:<br />
2 cawan kecil beras<br />
3 cawan kecil kacang uluntu (beli yang telah dikupas kulit)<br />
Sedikit air garam</p>
<p>Cara:<br />
Kacang uluntu dan beras direndam 8 jam (atau rendam malam). Kisar kacang &amp; beras (pagi kisar). Agak2 kecairan menyamai adunan kuih dadar. Biarkan sampai petang (naik buih) barulah dimasukkan garam &amp; dimasak.Kalau nak masak segera masukkan sedikit yis segera (mauripan ke). Panaskan kuali leper hingga betul2 panas.sapukan kuali leper dengan sedikit minyak. Tuangkan sesenduk adunan. buat macam kuih dadar/ketayap.</p>
<p>P/S: Kalau nak simpan adunan dalam peti sejuk, jangan masukkan garam, kalau nak masak baru masukkan garam.</p>

3 biji kuning telur (dipukul dengan sedikit garam)<br />
Susu cair<br />
Garam kunyit<br />
Gula<br />
Daun kari<br />
Cili api (dipotong kecil)<br />
Bawang besar atau bawang merah (dimayang)</p>
<p>Cara:<br />
a. Masukkan mentega &amp; minyak dalam kuali. Masukkan telur perlahan2 sambil tangan sebelah lagi mengacau telur tersebut dengan cara pusingan berulang yang pantas. Angkat dan sejat. Ketepikan.</p>
<p>b. Goreng udang yang telah digaramkunyitkan hingga kuning. Angkat dan ketepikan.</p>
<p>c. Masukkan mentega &amp; minyak dalam kuali. Masukkan bawang. Masak hingga layu. Masukkan daun kari. Goreng hingga garing. Masukkan cili api dan goeng hingga garing. Tuangkan sedikit susu sejat dalam kuali dan kacau. Masukkan udang goreng tadi dan kacau. Angkat dan masukkan dalam pinggan.</p>
<p>d. Taburkan telur (egg floss) dalam udang dan gaulkan. Taburkan gula. sedia untuk dimakan</p>
