Resepi: Mak

Terlebih dahulu panaskan periuk stim (pelengat).

Didih air 2 cawan+gula secukup rasa manis+pewarna. bila mendidih, masukkan 1 cawan sagu yang telah dibasuh (cara basuh:bubuh dalam penapis & jirus air sambil selawat). kacau 2-5 minit. angkat & tunang dalam bekas pelengat, stimkan sampai masak lebih kurang 15 minit. Jangan lama , nanti jadi “sedaging”
