Resepi: Kak Ton (KLK/Propertime 2007)

Bahan2 Kuahnya:

Serbuk kari daging, bawang besar, bawang merah & halia-dimesin dengan air.

Tumiskan bahan yang dimesin tadi seperti menumis kari hingga pecah minyak. masukkan air+santan, daun sawi, kacang panjang, ayam, bebola ikan, kek ikan (jika suka), gula dan garam secukup rasa. Didihkan. Sedia untuk dimakan bersama mi kuning.

Sambal Mi Kari (resepi dari bos saya, Puan Riza/Yaya):

Kisar halus cabai & bunga kantan. Tumis bawang & masukkan bahan kisar tadi.
