Resepi : Mak/Tok

Bahan dalamnya:
Kacang hijau direbus dengan sedikit air. Bila kembang masukkan kelapa parut dan sedikit tepung gandum. Angkat dan sejukkan.Buatkan bulat-bulat dan leperkan.

Bancuhan tepung:
Tepung beras
Sedikit tepung gandum
Air garam
Telur (jika mahu)

Celupkan adunan kacang hijau tadi dengan bancuhan tepung & goreng.
