Resepi: Mak
Bahan:
Bawang putih ditumbuk bersama jintan putih
Kacang hijau -rendam semalaman
Garam
Tepung beras
Telur
Air garam secukupnya

Cara:
Campur kesemua bahan. Agak2 cair.Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Cedok adunan dan tuang di tepi kuali setompok2. Siramkan minyak panas ke atasnya sampai ia jatuh sendri dalam minyak yang bertakung.
