Bahan:
Tepung gandum
Pewarna kuning
Telur
Air garam

Campurkan kesemua hingga agak cair. Tapis. Panaskan kuali leper, sapukan minyak masak sedikit. Gunakan acuan roti jala dan tutupkan seminit dua. Gunakan sudip untuk melipat roti jala tersebut & angkat dari kuali itu.

*boleh dimakan bersama kuah kari atau sardin
