Bahan Kisar:
Serai, lengkuas, halia
Bawang merah, bawang putih
Cili kering (rebus dulu)
Serbuk kari daging
*****
Santan
Garam, air gula merah

Cara:
Tumis semua bahan. Masukkan santan, air gula merah, garam. Masak sampai pekat. Pes tersebut dilumur pada ayam dan peram semalaman. bakar
