Limau kasturi/limau kerisik (dipotong kecil)

Bawang besar (dipotong dadu)

Cili padi (dipotong dadu)

Halia (dipotong dadu)

Buah pala (halwa pala)

Sambal manis (cabai dimasak)

Daun kadok

Cara makan:

Lipat daun kadok dan buat kelonsong. Masukan semua bahan dan akhir sekali sambal manis. Lipat semula dan makan macam makan sirih…Mmmm, enak sangat…tak rasa macam daun kadok…makan sekali nak lagi dan lagi
