Resepi: Kak Faridah-PA PPDKBB

Bahan:

1/2 kg tepung gandum

200ml air

2 sudu besar susu pekat

2 sudu besar marjerin

1/2 sudu kecil garam

1 peket mauripan

Cara:

Bancuh susu pekat dengan air.

Tuang ke dalam tepung gandum.

Masukkan marjerin, garam dan mauripan.

Uli 10 minit.

Perap 1 jam hingga tepung naik/mengembang.

Canai dan tekapkan dengan acuan donut.

Biarkan naik lebih kurang 1/2 jam lagi.

Goreng.

Biarkan sejuk dan gaul dengan gula halus.
